A recent scientific study revealed that the reason why some people remain skinny even after they consume large amounts of food, versus people who eat smaller portions somehow happen to be overweight depends on your insulin levels. People with lower insulin levels are able to digest the food easier while people with higher insulin levels make the food directly get stored as fat.
